What’s covered
This warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing, and workmanship during normal residential use when the product is installed and operated according to Composer’s instructions.
The warranty begins on the original date of purchase and applies to the original purchaser.
Starting a claim
We’ll make the process as straightforward as possible.
- Email support@composer.me with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Include the product model, serial number if available, and proof of purchase.
- Provide photos or video of the issue if requested by our support team.
- Our team will review the claim and provide the appropriate next steps.
What’s not covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, improper plumbing or electrical connections, misuse, abuse, neglect, commercial or industrial use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, foreign objects, corrosion, freezing, normal cosmetic wear, or events beyond Composer’s reasonable control.
How we make it right
If your claim is approved, Composer may repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable model, or provide another appropriate remedy at our discretion.
A few important details
Unless prohibited by applicable law, this limited warranty covers the product only and does not include labor for removal or reinstallation, shipping costs, or incidental or consequential damages.
