Every Composer purchase is backed by our 90-Day Return Policy and a commitment to making things right. If your Composer isn't the right fit, we'll help guide you through a simple return process.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, your request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery. The product must be returned with all included parts and accessories, and proof of purchase is required.

Starting a return

  1. Email support@composer.me with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely with all included components and accessories.
  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

What's not covered

We are unable to accept returns for products damaged through misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or missing major components. Products purchased through unauthorized sellers are also not eligible.

Refund timeline

After your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund.
